Finally, the chapter documents how existing institutions and social partners are adapting to new labour market challenges, as well as the role of new actors and practices. Collective bargaining and workers` voices are important rights for workers and potentially strong preconditions for an inclusive labour market. As digital transformation, globalization and changing demographics reshape the labour market, collective bargaining is well positioned to develop solutions to emerging collective challenges.
