The Job Portal is a new resource for THE ACTPS that gathers information on the ACTPS Employment Framework. Public Sector Enterprise Agreements (ACTPS) are concluded under the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act) and provide for the majority of terms and conditions of employment for all employees in actps. The Public Sector Management Act 1994 (PSM Act) provides the legal framework for sector-wide conditions of employment, including ACTPS values. All ACTPS employees are employed in accordance with the PSM Act.
